Appointments

 


In order to provide maximum efficiency, we ask that you schedule an appointment with the Student Health Center (804-752-3041).  We will make every effort to treat patients on the same day.  Walk-ins will be treated only if time allows.
ALL STUDENTS MUST MAKE THEIR OWN APPOINTMENTS.
Appointments WILL NOT be accepted from parents, friends, etc.

IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911. 

Beginning August 15th, 2013:
If you miss your appointment and do not call to cancel prior to
your scheduled appointment time, the student account will be charged
a fee of $5.00.

The Student Health Center is NOT equipped or prepared to care for medical emergencies.

Appointments will be scheduled between 830am - 330pm, Monday through Friday.

You must bring your health insurance card with you on every visit. 

We do not collect fees or copays at the time of service. 

We do not charge for a standard office visit.  We do charge for procedures, tests, and medications performed or given in the clinic.

If there are any costs associated with your visit, we will bill your student account.
