This single story structure was built in 1967 and named in honor of W. G. Starr, former president of Randolph-Macon College. Starr Hall features community bathrooms and accommodates approximately 56 students. All rooms feature air conditioning, telephone, cable, and Internet access. The average room size is 12 feet by 14 feet and includes beds that can be converted to lofts or bunk beds, two desks with chairs, and two closets.
