Room Condition Reports (RCRs) are used each year in all residential facilities.
Upon move in, students are asked to complete a form. We encourage students to complete
their room condition reports to protect them against possible charges. If a student
does not submit a room condition report by the 7th day from which they received
a key for the room, the student will accept the room and if there are any issues
at check-out they will have waived their right to contest the charges. Students
accept responsibility for the room furnishings at check-in and any issues must be
noted on these forms. Students will be charged for damaged/loss at check-out.
