Students are empowered to take responsibility for the quality of life in their own room and residence hall just as they are in the classroom. The links to the left outline policies and other information that help define life in the residence halls.

- "Renter's Insurance" helps to explain that Randolph-Macon College does not assume the responsibility for any theft, loss, failure or interruption of utilities, or damage to persons or personal property in the College owned housing. Students are encouraged to purchase personal property or renter’s insurance from appropriate third party vendors.
