Ordering Transcripts Online
Randolph-Macon College, in partnership with SCRIP-SAFE International, provides twenty-four
hour access to online transcript ordering through a secure website. R-MC will process
transcript orders during business hours Monday through Friday. Order processing
times may vary due to the number of orders received daily. Your credit card will
be charged at the time of your order. Order updates are emailed to you, and you
can check your order status and history online.
Order your transcript at R-MC Transcripts
on Demand. If you are a first-time visitor, you will be directed to create
a personal profile and user ID/password, which you will use to place future orders.
A signed consent form will be required one time.
Ordering Transcripts Directly From R-MC
Students may request an official transcript in person or by mail by submitting the
Transcript Request Form.
Fees can be paid by check, money order, or cash.
Please do not submit the Transcript Request Form by fax or email. Requests received
in this manner will NOT be processed.
New Electronic Transcript Transmission/Delivery Option
In addition to mailing or picking up a transcript in the Registrar’s Office, students
who enrolled at R-MC in fall 2001 or later now have the option to send her/his official
transcript electronically. Our service, provided by SCRIP-SAFE International, enables
R-MC to deliver transcripts in a safe, secure, and efficient manner to student to
network recipients or to any third party.
Network Delivery – Many colleges, universities, and other agencies are members of
the secure network and actively receive electronic transcripts. Please check network
recipients to see if your intended destination is a network member.
OneTime Delivery – If your intended recipient is not a network member, your transcript
can still be delivered to recipients designated and identified by you through the
recipient’s email address. To ensure prompt delivery and receipt, make sure the
recipient knows that you are sending them an electronic transcript and will accept
the electronic version.
Students will receive an email notification indicating the delivery of the student’s
official academic transcript to the student designated recipient. Once the student
designated recipient receives the official academic transcript, the student request
will receive a second notification regarding the delivery of the transcript.
Students interested in using this transcript transmission/delivery option must use
the online transcript ordering option provided by SCRIP-SAFE.
