Assessment Plan And Report

• Assessment measures must address each Goal and Objective as defined by the department/program. This does not necessarily mean that you should assess each goal and objectives during each assessment cycle. What is important is that you clearly identify which goals and objectives are being examined during a particular evaluation period and how each will be measured.
• Outcomes of such measures must be clearly articulated and based on the data garnered for the assessment measure.
• Outcomes must inform practice and curricula within the department.
