Improve Facilities - The SPC concluded that a major issue in attracting and retaining more students is the appearance and functionality of our campus and facilities. |

Expand and Enhance Our Program - Goal 2 seeks to strengthen the total educational experience of Randolph-Macon students. The term “total educational experience” has come to represent all aspects of College life as students engage with higher education and acknowledges that learning takes place both inside and outside of the classroom. |

Enhance Student Outcomes - making career/graduate school preparation one of our distinctions, thereby increasing our appeal while also giving graduates a competitive advantage in the marketplace. |
