Maintenance Services is comprised of two sub-sections - Maintenance and Trades. The Maintenance section performs regular preventive maintenance to the academic and residence buildings, including light replacements, lock & key replacements, smoke detector checks, ceiling tile replacements, and other small repairs.
All requests for services should come through the work order system. The work order system is accessible for the Randolph-Macon Community only.
