The Auxiliary Services section averages 500 college & non-college event setups annually. This section also performs, and assists in performing various other preventative and routine facility maintenance tasks throughout the year.
The Auxiliary Services section also provides systematic landscaping and grounds care, which includes maintenance of all plantings, trees, flower beds, roads, walkways, parking lots, glass recycling, snow and ice removal, along with maintenance of the equipment required to do these jobs. In addition, they maintain the athletic fields and are responsible for bleachers, fences, and campus tent set ups.
All work requests to the Auxiliary Services section should come through the work order system. The work order system is accessible for the Randolph-Macon Community only.
