R-MC BULK PAPER RECYCLING

R-MC collects a variety of paper and cardboard products for recycling through International Paper (IP). This program generates a small credit to R-MC based on the weight of materials recycled; therefore it is beneficial to recycle larger quantities of paper products in this manner.

R-MC provides employees with a box for collecting unwanted paper and cardboard products in offices. Boxes are also available for classrooms and individual work areas around campus (i.e. not common areas or hallways). R-MC Housekeeping staff regularly empty the individual containers into large receptacles provided by IP for collection of these materials. If you have a significant amount of material to be recycled, feel free to use these receptacles yourself. Office clean-outs or moves should be coordinated in advance, however, to ensure there will be sufficient space to collect your unwanted paper and cardboard.
