Audio Conferencing Procedures

Audio Conferencing Procedures using CenturyLink Conferencing (formerly Qwest)

Request a moderator code from CenturyLink.

Call 1-888-758-7842. Select option 3.
Request to be added to the Randolph-Macon College account as a moderator.
You will receive your credentials via e-mail.

Set up a conference.

Go to https://randolph-maconcollege.centurylinkccc.com .
Log in using your client ID and web password.
Follow the directions to schedule your audio conference.

If you need a conferencing phone, please submit a work request in advance to have the equipment set up.

Start your conference

Call 1-877-820-7831 before your conference start time.
Enter your moderator passcode when prompted.
Begin the audio conference.
