Regarding your computer, you are entitled to Windows Vista or Windows 7 and Office 2007 software (all student have paid for these in their fees). If you don't already have Windows Vista or Windows 7 and would like to get your pc upgraded before you leave, please call 752-8500 to set up an appointment to drop it off. Once you graduate, you will receive a letter giving you a "perpetual license". This is a one-time issue of a Microsoft Campus Agreement Perpetual license. "Upon graduation, students licensed under the Student Option are granted perpetual use rights for the selected Campus Agreement products." As long as the College continues their Campus Agreement with Microsoft this license will be in effect and the College will be renewing the Microsoft agreement for next fiscal year. Microsoft does NOT allow us to duplicate media, so you will NOT receive any copies of the software.
Don't forget to save your files from your storage folder (U: drive) to cd or jumpstick before June 15th. After that time they will be deleted.
