Once you graduate, you will receive a letter giving you a "perpetual license". This is a one-time issue of a Microsoft Campus Agreement Perpetual license. "Upon graduation, students licensed under the Student Option are granted perpetual use rights for the selected Campus Agreement products." As long as the College continues their Campus Agreement with Microsoft this license will be in effect and the College will be renewing the Microsoft agreement for next fiscal year. Microsoft does NOT allow us to duplicate media, so you will NOT receive any copies of the software.
Additionally, as an alumnus/a of the College, you will have access to the R-MC Online Community (OC). You have the ability to go online and connect with your classmates and other alumni, update your personal information, read news and updates about Randolph-Macon, view upcoming alumni events, support the College online and much more! The Online Community also offers a searchable Career Networking component and the opportunity to post Class Notes and upload photos.
