Davis Vision Insurance
Randolph-Macon is offering benefit-eligible employees the option to enroll in the Davis Vision Insurance plan offered by CICV, in addition to the regular vision benefit provided as part of Anthem's Blue View Vision benefit for routine eye exams and eyewear (contacts and spectacles).

Also, we strongly suggest that you contact their Member Services representatives at 1-800-999-5431 prior to your first vision appointment to be sure you clearly understand your benefit, that you are aware of which providers are in-network, and/or that you understand the Contact Lens Formulary.
