By submitting this application, I AGREE that the HAC directors may contact the Dean of Students and Provost’s Office to confirm my good standing at the College.
By selecting this option, I affirm that I know of no student conduct or academic/GPA-related reason (such as being placed on probation, being separated from the College, or committing a violation of the Code of Student Conduct or Code of Academic Integrity) that would cast doubt on my ability to serve as a role model to other students if I am hired as a tutor, mentor, or consultantBy selecting this option, I acknowledge a prior student conduct, academic integrity, or academic standing issue. Please note: students who have previously been convicted under either the Code of Student Conduct or Code of Academic Integrity, or who have previously been placed on probation or separated for lack of academic progress are NOT automatically disqualified from consideration for a position. Any such applicant is requested to use the text box below to provide additional information about, or their perspective on, the nature of any such event.
