Randolph-Macon College is committed to providing informed supervision and control before, during and after emergency situations through its Emergency Response Team and its established emergency policies. The Emergency Response Team is a network of essential personnel selected to provide consistent leadership during an emergency, crisis or situation on campus. The ERT utilizes an Incident Command System (ICS) leadership structure in order to provide timely and appropriate guidance to the R-MC community and to work cooperatively with other emergency response groups.
