Counseling Services strives to foster student development in the Randolph-Macon community. Specifically, programs and services are designed to support self-identity and interpersonal growth. Through a variety of programmatic efforts, students are assisted as they seek to define their values and interests and endeavor to increase their level of autonomy and competence in both personal and career goals. Counseling Services strives to be a bridge between the theoretical world of academe and applied settings beyond the classroom. Counseling Services participates in the development of the student while supporting the mission of the College.
