Counseling Staff are doctoral trained, licensed clinicians. Degrees range from Counseling and Clinical Psychology, to Family and Child Development. Two of the staff are licensed as Clinical Psychologists and the third is licensed as a Professional Counselor. All three counselors are generalists, with areas of training and expertise that include the following: individual and group psychotherapy, multicultural issues, cognitive-behavioral therapy, gender issues, trauma and sexual assault, eating disorders, sexual identity issues, couples therapy, family of origin issues, EMDR, and work with college athletes. Another member of our staff has an extensive background in alcohol and drug prevention.
