Please note: You need to complete these intake forms on a computer
(PC or Apple) that is hard wired on the R-MC network; you will not be able to access
the intake forms using a computer off the R-MC network or through campus Wi-Fi.
You also need to turn off your pop-blocker (in Tools) for all aspects
of the software to function.
Click on https://rmcmedicatweb1.rmc.edu/osh
to access the Medicat Online Student Health (OSH) portal. You will
need to toggle back and forth between the OSH portal and this window to follow the
directions. Alternatively, any student that has Windows 7 can set up a side-by-side
of the two windows and won't have to toggle; or you could print this page to follow
the directions when you are in the OSH portal.
Click on Have You Registered Yet?
The next screen will be pink as shown below.
PLEASE NOTE: in the Choose User Name text
box insert your R-MC student ID number.
Also enter your R-MC student ID number in the
Student ID text box (needed for verification)
Enter your first name in the First Name text box
Enter your last name in the Last Name text box
Enter your R-MC email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Make sure you are using your "go.rmc.edu" address.
Click on submit
Access your R-MC email account. You are now registered and will receive a confirmation
from Online Student Health with your user name
and initial password.
You will be required to change that password when you re-enter and log back into
Online Student Health (https://rmcmedicatweb1.rmc.edu/osh).
Please type in a password of your choice. Remember to make note of the password.
Once done, click on submit.
Once you have entered the Online Student Health portal, look to the right. Below
your name you will see two blue hyperlinks under Forms. Please complete both forms.
Log off Online Student Health (the logoff icon
is on the left)

or visit with Robin McKinney at Couseling Services if you have problems accessing
the intake portal, if you get an error message, or if you run into any other problems
with the intake system.
If you get an error message, please copy the screen with your Print Screen key,
paste it into an email, and email it to our office; or make note of what the error
message says and email us that information.
