The Four Year Plan

The Four Year Plan guides students through four stages of development: self-assessment; exploration; career focus; and the job search. Each year students are presented appropriate personal, academic, and career activities (along with suggested summer opportunities for growth) in order to prepare them for the next stage. Faculty and staff can assist students in their development by understanding the Four Year Plan, and using it as they counsel students.
