- Professional Organizations (Join a professional organization to learn more about specific career fields that you are interested in and to network! - Cold Contact (This refers to reaching out to a company of interest that may or may not have advertised job postings to inquire about potential opportunities; this could be in the form of an interest letter/email or phone call.)
- Staffing Agencies (Ask a career counselor for names and contacts of local staffing agencies.)
- Online Job Search Engines (careerbuilder.com, indeed.com, snagajob.com, monster.com, simplyhired.com, inrich.com, as well as other industry specific job search engines – ask a career counselor for industry specific sites)
