TheEdge4YellowJackets is a web-based job search database for use by Randolph-Macon students and alumni.
- Faculty - Talk to your professors; they may have several outside contacts.
- Networking Sources - Friends, family, alumni, professional associations, etc.
- Internships - Statistically, about 70% of interns are offered full-time opportunities after their internships are completed.
- Career 15 Website - Online job and internship search database available only to students who attend one of the VFIC’s member colleges. http://www.career15.com

- Company Websites - Do you have specific company interests? Look at the job postings/career section on their websites.
- Cold Contact - Contact a company of interest that may or may not have advertised job postings to inquire about potential opportunities; this could be in the form of an interest letter, email or phone call.
- Staffing Agencies - Ask a career counselor for names and contact information of local staffing agencies.
