CAREER 15 is a unique resource that connects students and graduates of 15 respected Virginia liberal arts colleges with human resources staff looking for potential interns and employees. It was created by the
Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges (VFIC) to expand the career opportunities of students attending one of its member colleges.

A VFIC/Career 15 Key Employer Panel spotlighting Fortune 500 and financial sector companies was held on Friday, September 30, 2011. The event was held on the Randolph-Macon College campus and was sponsored by Altria and the Center for Personal and Career Development, Randolph-Macon College.
Presentations were given by SunTrust, Virginia Asset Management, Dominion, Genworth Financial, KPMG, Mass Mutual and Altria.
A mini career fair was held at the end of the day enabling students to talk about career/internship opportunities with the companies represented. |

- Step #2 – Type in your information and click the “Register” button
- Step #3 – Verify that your registration was accepted
- Step #4 – Go to your email inbox and look for a message from Career 15 with the subject line “Career 15 – Account Activation”
- Step #5 – Activate your Career 15 account
- Step #6 – A new window will pop up, with the Career 15 website. Your account is now active.
