ACCESS CEO Application
ACCESS CEO is a unique team based mentoring program for juniors and seniors. The program is not your traditional one-to-one mentoring program. It provides an opportunity for ambitious students to come together and learn from seasoned top local executives and from one another.
ACCESS CEO GOALS :
- Provide a venue for students to meet and learn from local executives at the president and vice-president level
- Expedite the development of future leaders
- Encourage personal growth, career development, and goal achievement

QUALIFICATIONS :
Participation is limited. To apply, you must:
- Be a junior or senior
- Complete the attached application in its entirety
- Be prepared to spend time as a team before and during each session
TIME COMMITMENT :
The program requires all participants to be available for a one hour planning session and a two hour session with the highlighted business leader per month.
Program dates:
- Kick-off reception/welcome: Wednesday, October 1st, 5-6:30 p.m.
- Monthly planning meetings: A one hour meeting held during the first week of every month (to be announced)
- Monthly business leader meetings: Starting in October, the 2nd Wednesday of every month, 5-7 p.m.: October 8, November 12, December 3, January 7, February 11, March 11, April 8, May 6
- Final wrap-up meeting/reception: Wednesday, May 13
EXPECTATIONS :
- All participants will commit to stay for the duration of the program and be actively engaged.
- Each month two students will research the featured company and share this information with the group at our planning meeting.
- Participants will come prepared to all planning and business leader sessions.
- Professional dress will be required for all business leader meetings; business casual dress will be required for all planning meetings (no jeans/shorts).
- Participants will be required to travel to the business leader meetings. Transportation will be available if needed.
Complete the following application to be a part of the new team of 15 who will meet with one local executive per month for an eight-month period at that executive’s place of business.
