The Brock Sports and Recreation Center at Randolph-Macon College is an integral facet of the total campus experience. Our objective is to develop programs that contribute to the fulfillment of the educational mission of Randolph-Macon College. This goal is accomplished by encouraging participation in a wide variety of recreational, fitness, and intramural sports activities.
Involvement in these activities creates excitement, enjoyment, and socialization, and it promotes an active and healthy lifestyle. In addition to the health and physical benefits, these activities develop positive human relations, positive behaviors, and leadership skills.
The building and programs are administered by a professional and student staff working as a team that is committed to the values of empowerment, customer service, and the challenge of meeting the needs of the campus community. Our mission is to provide quality space in an attractive environment for a multitude of activities: unstructured, drop-in recreation, competitive intramural and recreation play, instructional programs, leisure time and recreational and sports activities for the entire campus community.
The Brock Center features racquetball courts, a squash court, rock climbing wall, 25 yard swimming pool, fitness center, aerobics room, sauna, a field house outfitted for basketball and volleyball, running track, locker room facilities, and the Athletic Hall of Fame. Feel free to contact the Brock Center at 752-3770.
