St. Mary’s knocks off R-MC Men’s Tennis 6-3
ASHLAND, VA – St. Mary’s used three wins in doubles competition to vault itself to a 6-3 victory over the Randolph-Macon College men’s tennis team Saturday afternoon in Ashland.
The Yellow Jackets, who now stand at 1-1 on the season, got singles wins from John Best (#2), Sam Varner (#4) and Trip Howerein (#6) in the loss.
Randolph-Macon will return to action next Sunday when it takes on Virginia Wesleyan College in Virginia Beach at 1:00 p.m.
