ASHLAND, VA – The R-MC men’s soccer team lost 6-0 to Hampden-Sydney on Saturday in Ashland. The Tigers netted five second-half goals in a twenty-five minute span to secure the win.

After the Yellow Jackets entered halftime trailing 1-0, H-SC’s Michael Krewinghaus registered four points in the first fifteen minutes of the second half to put his team ahead 4-0. The Tigers scored goals in the sixty-third and seventy-fourth minutes to grab a decisive 6-0 victory.

Matty Rocawich, Jason DePre, and Brad Plasha shared time in net for R-MC. They combined for five saves.

The Yellow Jackets close out the regular season against Lynchburg on Wednesday. Game time is set for 4:00. R-MC can clinch a berth in the ODAC Tournament with a victory.
