Bradford Plasha ’12
Hometown: Medford Lakes, NJ
Major: Chemistry
Post-Graduation Plan: Dentistry School
Bradford Plasha ’12 is one step closer to realizing his dream of becoming a dentist. He has a major decision ahead of him because he’s been accepted to the New Jersey Dental School and the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. While his decision will be tough, Plasha believes his Randolph-Macon education and participation in the R-MC pre-health society has prepared him for either school he chooses.
In this video, Plasha talks about life at Randolph-Macon and his major accomplishments, which include receiving the highest overall score in his organic chemistry class and participating in the Schapiro Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program. SURF was introduced in 1995 as an endowment to support scholarly undergraduate research by R-MC students in all disciplines. The initial gift for the program was made by Benjamin Schapiro ’64 and his wife Peggy.
