“Not only were we able to make connections with school representatives, but we were also able to practice our interviewing skills,” says Frayser. “Not every college offers students a job fair of this sort. This kind of career preparation is just one of the reasons why R-MC education students go on to have successful careers.”
“Interview Day was an amazing opportunity,” says
Bethany Phares ’14

put a lot of work into organizing Interview Day, and everything ran so smoothly. It was a great environment for interviewees, and having all of the school systems in one place was wonderful. I couldn’t be more thankful that Randolph-Macon puts so much time and effort into ensuring that students get top-notch
