David Cartmill, an International Exchange student from Dublin, Ireland, is spending
the year at Randolph-Macon College to take advantage of liberal arts classes not
offered to economics/business majors
in Ireland. Cartmill believes the computer
science and Spanish classes he’s taking
at R-MC, combined with services provided by The Randolph-Macon EDGE, will
give him a competitive advantage when he begins his career.
The Randolph-Macon EDGE,
the cornerstone of the Center for Personal and
Career Development, helps Randolph-Macon students lead the pack when competing
for jobs and top graduate schools. Students have the support of faculty, career
coaches, alumni and staff as they focus on their personal and academic ambitions.
Randolph-Macon’s strong international education program welcomes talented students
from around the world. The College’s campus in historic Ashland, Virginia is
located only 150 kilometers from Washington, DC. International students
benefit from R-MC's exceptional liberal arts curriculum,
opportunities for internships
and independent research, and a strong tradition
of alumni success.
