The R-MC EDGE is Randolph-Macon’s four-year program aimed at helping graduates lead the pack when competing for jobs and applying to graduate schools. The program, within the Center for Personal and Career Development, includes yearly workshops that focus on: career and vocational identification; preparation for pre-professional programs and grad school; internships and work experience; and the job-search process or graduate school applications.
