Office of Residence Life and Housing has important information for all returning residential students.
We have made some changes to Returning Student Check-In days and times.
Due to the memorial service for the late Dean Ira Andrews on Saturday, September 1 at 10:30 a.m.,
we are allowing and encouraging returning students to check in on Friday, August 31 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This will allow students who wish to attend the memorial service the opportunity to do so. Check-in will take place in Mary Branch Middle (
not in the Brock Center). If you are unable to check in on Friday, August 31, then you can still check in on Saturday, September 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Mary Branch Middle (
not in the Brock Center).
If you do need to check in on Saturday, September 1, we encourage you to check in between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. We are encouraging this because of the heavy amount of traffic that will be on campus for the memorial service.
In addition,
if you are living in Thomas Branch or Greek Houses on College Avenue, we encourage you to check in on Friday or Saturday afternoon, as the memorial service is taking place in Duncan Memorial.
