Randolph-Macon offers a Four-Year Degree Guarantee which guarantees graduation in four-years for students who follow course and advisor requirements. The college also offers the Randolph-Macon Edge, a comprehensive new program within the innovative new Center for Personal and Career Development. This initiative aims to help Randolph-Macon graduating students lead the pack when competing for jobs and top graduate schools by focusing on their personal and academic development throughout their educational experience at R-MC.
