Performances:
December 9 at 7:30 p.m.
December 10 and 11 at 2:00 p.m.
December 12-15 at 7:30 p.m.
R-MC’s Drama Department hosted its first performance of “A Christmas Carol” in 1990. At that time, the college theatre was located in Old Chapel, and the set consisted of simple black flats and floors with simple costumes. A small troupe of actors played numerous parts. Since that time, the script has evolved and the sets and costumes have become more beautifully designed, but the story remains faithful and maintains the spirit and tone of the original.
For tickets, please call the Cobb Theatre Box Office at (804) 752-7316. Tickets are $2.50 for adults and $1 for children 12 and younger, free to R-MC faculty, staff and students.
