Bernobich will talk about her latest book, Passion Play. |
Beth Bernobich ’80 will give a talk and reading from her new novel,
Passion Play, on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. in R-MC’s Writing Center. The novel recently won Best Epic Fantasy Novel in the 2010
Romantic Times Reviewer’s Choice Awards. The Writing Center is located on the second floor of the R-MC McGraw-Page Library.
This event is free and open to the public.
Bernobich has two more novels slated for publication: a young-adult novel,
Fox and Phoenix, in October 2011, and
Queen's Hunt in 2012.Her short stories have appeared in publications such as
Asimov’s,
Interzone,
Postscripts,
Stranger Horizons and
Sex in the System.
Bernobich will talk about what she has learned from writing short stories and novels and offer advice to budding writers on how to publish their work.
Refreshments will be served.
