Randolph-Macon College will celebrate International Education Week (IEW) November 15-19, 2010. This annual event is designed to help the R-MC community explore their cross-cultural competency as global citizens. This year’s theme is “Striving for a Sustainable Future.”
Each year, R-MC’s Office of International Education (OIE) partners with other departments and with student organizations that are interested in hosting or co-sponsoring activities.
Below is a schedule of events for IEW:
Monday, November 15
“From Sustaining Memories from Abroad to Making New Ones”

During this roundtable, Modern Languages faculty and students, and international students, will share their experiences living and studying in other cultures.
Butler Lab Open House

Come find out how you can improve your language skills and get creative with our multimedia resources. Try out Flip cams, see student-made foreign language movies, watch a re-cap of World Cup 2010 or other programs on satellite TV, and participate in a demo of Skype and other software.
