First-Year Women Eligible to Join NPC Sororities in Pilot Program

The Office of Student Life is proud to announce that first-year women with a 3.0 cumulative high school GPA will be eligible for Panhellenic Formal Recruitment during the annual formal recruitment period which will be in the Fall of 2010.  Recruitment will take place September 29, 2010 - October 3, 2010.   In a letter to the College Panhellenic Soroities and their advisors, Assistant Dean of Students, James McGhee cited the Panhellenic sororities' continuing commitment to member development, scholarship, and service as the reasons that the pilot program was granted for the 2010-11 academic year.  Women interested in joining a NPC sorority should visit the Sorority Formal Recruitment website located on the Student Life webpage at www.rmc.edu/student-organizations.aspx.
