A memorial service to celebrate the life of Nancy Sue Riddick Camden Witt will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Randolph-Macon’s College Center for the Performing Arts, located at 205 Henry Street in Ashland, Virginia.
Nancy Witt, Randolph-Macon Achievement in the Arts award winner, former Arts Council member and honorary Doctor of Fine Arts recipient, died peacefully on Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Throughout her distinguished career, Randolph-Macon was a prominent part of her life. Several pieces of her work are currently displayed on campus including the portraits of former Presidents Dr. Luther W. White III, Dr. Ladell Payne and Dr. Roger Martin.
