Board of Associates President Charles Moncure |
The Randolph-Macon College Board of Associates is pleased to announce the creation of an award that will honor alumni whose entrepreneurial efforts have made an exceptional impact on their customers and the community.
“The Randolph-Macon College Entrepreneur Achievement Award recognizes alumni who demonstrate the ability to envision a unique or highly-improved concept and bring that concept to fruition,” said Charles Moncure, president of the Board of Associates. “This is an exciting opportunity to pay tribute to alumni whose leadership and management skills have resulted in exceptional customer service.”
The Board of Associates, which oversees the selection of recipients, accepts nominations for the Entrepreneur Achievement Award throughout the year.
In this inaugural year, the selection committee will consider nominations received on or before September 1, 2009.
Those who wish to submit a nomination can do so online by visiting https://secure.rmc.edu/alumni/soa-award/. The winner will be formally recognized at a Macon Connections breakfast in November.
