Event Information: The FYE "The Great Epic Drama" brings author-playwright-actor Clay McCleod Chapman to Randolph-Macon College. He is the creator of the rigorous storytelling session the Pumpkin Pie Show. In its ten years of existence, the award-winning Pumpkin Pie Show has toured throughout the world.
As an educator, Chapman has traveled extensively throughout the country and beyond, teaching workshops in fiction writing, playwriting, and performance. He is currently working on writing the book for a new musical with Grammy-award winning Bruce Hornsby, directed by Tony-award winner Kathleen Marshal, titled SCKBSTD-as well as writing the book for the new indie-rock musical, HOSTAGE SONG, with Obie-award winning composer Kyle Jarrow.
