Randolph-Macon students are doers;
extensive participation in activities defines the campus culture and leads to personal growth. You will have a choice of more than 60 clubs and organizations. 40% of the students participate in one or more community service activities; 50% play intramural sports; 42% of upperclassmen join a fraternity or sorority; everyone has a voice in Student Government. Through participation, you'll learn, in sum, to strike a balance between academics and activities and enjoy an exhilarating time in the process.
Randolph-Macon's array of clubs and organizations more than satisfies the interests of a diverse student body. From an on-campus visit by the Richmond Ballet to a school-sponsored ski trip to Wintergreen, Randolph-Macon has it all.

You're bound to find something new and exciting to do. Meet your friends at the R-MC Coffeehouse. Discuss current events with influential visitors such as Apollo 13 commander Jim Lovell, MTV Real World star Mohammed Bilal, and ACLU president Nadine Strossen.
Give something back to the community by adopting a grandparent, tutoring a local grade school student, building a home with Habitat for Humanity, or serving meals to the homeless.
Try your luck in a mock game show such as R-MC's Wheel of Fortune or Family Feud. Rock with your favorite bands, both big name and local, when they perform on campus.
Build a Homecoming Float, try out for a play, and participate in Spirit Week events. You don't know where to begin? We make it easy with the annual Activities Carnival held each fall. Over 65 clubs and organizations are represented and waiting to sign you up.
R-MC's Student Government Association is an important channel of communication between the student body, the faculty, and the administration. Students from SGA sit on most of the College's administrative committees and contribute to important campus-wide decisions.
The Campus Activities Board schedules concerts, dances, comedians, movies, the annual Earth Day weekend, and even such novel events as a hypnotist and a pre-game bonfire during football season. More formal events, such as the annual Blood Drive competition and career seminars, are also sponsored by the SGA.
