Randolph-Macon alumna and Society of Alumni Secretary, Whitney Forstner '98 has recently co-founded Mom-entum Resources LLC, a local staffing firm that matches candidates who want flexible hours with companies that want talented employees. Mom-entum is a resource for mothers seeking a balance between careers and home life. An article in the Metro Business section of the Richmond Times-Dispatch states that Whitney and Co-founder Tanya Cummings, both “mothers who had left the corporate world,” founded their organization because they "wanted a challenging career without having to invest 40-plus hours a week.” See the full story here!
