Alumni Development
To develop support for the Randolph-Macon Fund.

Alumni Recruitment Team
To identify top prospects and refer them to the college; to make personal phone calls to top prospects; to make personal phone calls to accepted students; to represent the college at local college fairs; to participate in on-campus admissions programs; and to attend accepted student receptions in key markets.

Awards
To recognize alumni and friends of the College with the following awards: Distinguished Service Award; Distinguished Alumnus/a Award; Distinguished Friend Award; Honorary Alumnus/a Award; Young Alumnus/a Achievement Award; Faculty Service Certificate of Appreciation.

Board Engagement
To identify qualified alumni leaders for election to the Alumni Board and to nominate Board members to serve as officers and directors-at-large.
