 J-term 2014 study/travel required forms for students and parents/guardians

All students enrolled in RMC's Study/Travel courses and their parents/guardians are required to complete, sign and submit the forms electronically by Wednesday, November 14th, 2012.

For students: 
You must fill out Judicial Affairs Form by early September in order to participate in the J-term course. This form authorizes the release of information from a student’s conduct record to the following: Office of International Education and the student’s J-term study/travel course instructor(s). If you register for a study/travel course after September, you must still submit this form.
