Parent/guardian Agreement & General Release Form, which consists of:

• General Release from Liability: Signature required of all study/travel participants’ parents/guardians.
• Mandatory Medical Insurance: This form contains information regarding Randolph-Macon College’s mandatory insurance policy and insurance coverage. If interested in purchasing an individual travel insurance that will cover cancellations for any reason, the student and/or guardian must take responsiblity for enrolling.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy Agreement: Contains information regarding Randolph-Macon College’s cancellation and refund policy as well as the $30 contingency fee to cover the College’s expenses in the event of any emergency course cancellations.
