- Preliminary itinerary
- Estimated length of time in each location abroad
- Tentative activities/excursions (i.e. day trips, sites you will be visiting, organizations you will visit, etc.,.)
If you would like us to prepare promotional materials for your course, the OIE needs all the necessary information by Wednesday, March 13th. Your brochures will be made available on our website and at the J-term Fair on Friday, April 5th.

Please advise your students the following:
College's Cancellation and Refund Policy
Judicial Affairs Form, which students need to complete once they register for a study/travel course. The form authorizes release of information from a student’s conduct record to the Office of International Education and the student’s J-term study/travel course instructor(s). Additionally, judicial infractions occurring between the time a student signs the form and departs on the J-term course will be reported to the OIE and to the instructor. If you have a recently added student, please advise him/her to complete this form in a timely manner.
