Spring 2011

Materials the OIE must receive from J-term 2012 instructors by Friday, March 11:

• • Course Prospectus Form (download here)
  • Budget worksheet (download here)
  • Preliminary itinerary
    • Estimated length of time in each location abroad
    • Tentative activities/excursions (i.e. day trips, sites you will be visiting, organizations you will visit, etc.,.)

    Finally, the OIE will hold our Spring Study Abroad Fair on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Please contact Mayumi Nakamura if you would like us to prepare promotional materials for your course as well as if you have any questions.
