This includes your on-campus phase as well as your exact travel dates (departure time and arrival time on campus). The Business Office can credit the R-MC accounts of students who participate in a college meal plan. If you would like the OIE’s assistance with this, please submit your itinerary no later than Wednesday, November 26th. The OIE can also offer to register your course participants with the embassy/consulate if you provide your detailed itinerary by this date.
