Faculty Planning for a J-term Course

Materials the OIE must receive from J-term 2011 instructors by Wednesday, March 17:

• Course Prospectus Form
• Budget worksheet (template available here)
• Preliminary itinerary
  • Length of time in each location abroad
  • Activities/excursions (i.e. day trips, sites you will be visiting, organizations you will visit, etc.,.)

  Finally, the OIE will hold our Spring Study Abroad Fair on Thursday, April 1, 2010. Please contact Mayumi Nakamura if you would like us to prepare promotional materials for your course as well as if you have any questions.

  Please advise your students on the College's Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • Judicial Affairs Form- this form authorizes release of information from a student’s conduct record to the following: Office of International Education and student’s J-term study/travel course instructor(s).
