Music

The arts, and music specifically, offer unique and personal ways for the individual to view, understand, and communicate about the world.

The Music Program at Randolph-Macon College offers all students the hands-on opportunity to explore the creative process of music, to understand the relationship between personal art and society, and to develop personal musical skills through participation in ensembles, applied study, historical study, technological applications, internships, and music industry coursework.

Whether through general education courses or the music major/minor, our goal at Randolph-Macon is to enable students to utilize music throughout their lives in whatever manner or direction they wish.

Music ensembles include Concert Choir, Chamber Singers, Jazz Vocal Ensemble, and Pep Band.
