Several grants are available to support academic internships.
Grant funding is available on a competitive basis through the generosity of the Porter C. Hardy Fund and the Virginia Kincaid Foundation.
The Porter C. Hardy Fund provides a grant to one or more academic interns interested in a career in public service. These students must be involved in academic programs in the department of political science or economics/business and must hold a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
The Virginia Kincaid Foundation provides an annual grant of $3,000 to a female student who is planning a career in commerce. This student must be involved in academic programs in economics/business, must be recommended by the department and should hold a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
